Really good breakfast with many options and the staff was quite friendly. Room was quite spacious and modern with many closets. the hotel is located close to the center, therefore very convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus and train stations and close to the city center. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping, laundry services, and a welcome drink upon arrival. We were also impressed by the range of amenities available, including pet amenities, tours and ticket assistance, and a well-equipped room with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.
We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

The hotel was beautifully designed and comfortable, with modern, spacious rooms and a great bathroom. The amenities, such as the thick, soft towels and plentiful toiletries, added to the overall comfort. The heated floors and private sauna were luxurious touches. The tasty breakfast and self-help booze area were convenient and enjoyable. The friendly staff provided excellent customer service.

The hotel had nice and spacious rooms with great amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to restaurants and cafes.
The breakfast was not up to the mark and did not provide enough options for guests. the quality of the food was mediocre and the service was slow.

This hotel was a great choice for my trip. The room was spacious, modern, and clean with heated floors. The hotel had private bathrooms and offered a wide variety of breakfast choices, including tasty coffees. The staff was friendly and offered first-class customer service. The hotel is located close to the city center and within walking distance of the bus and train stations.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

This hotel is in an ideal location as it is within walking distance to the bus and train station and the city center with plenty of restaurants and cafes. It is situated in the beautiful Krkonoše area, with Spindleruv Mlyn and Snezka nearby. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, fridge, and heater to dry clothes/towels. the breakfast served is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. they have a private sauna that can be pre-booked for a fee.
The hotel could improve on providing guests with clearer instructions on car park access and wifi passwords when the reception is closed.
